No Returns on Consumable Products
- All sales on consumable products are final. This includes any product meant to
be applied topically or consumed in any way. - Leaking Vape Cartridge or Disposable Vape: In most cases this happens
when the heat setting is set too high. Please keep your heat setting
between 2.3-3.6 volts and never on the highest setting.
We may accept returns for items that are non consumable. These would
include apparel that is the wrong size and in new condition and faulty vape
batteries.
In order to get a cash refund or a refund to the original card payment the
customer must have their receipt or we must be able to locate the sale in our
point of sale system by looking up the customer’s previous sales.
There is a limit to how much you can purchase in each transaction
- 2 ounces of cannabis flower.
