We are excited to share “The Happy Camper” gummies! (We’ll explain the name in a little bit.) As most know, THC is found in hemp, it’s not the most dominant cannabinoid, that would be CBD. If you live in a non-recreational state, the product cannot contain more than .3% THC by dry weight.
We spent MONTHS finding a COMPLIANT edible that contains 10mg of THC and falls under .3% THC without it weighing too much. Our goal was to find a product that is under a 4:1 ratio CBD/THC. After months of market analysis we’ve found a 10:1 ratio to be the standard. What we’ve learned throughout the years is the lower the ratio, the better the vibe. How Can This Be Legal?
“In December of 2018, the 2018 Farm Bill was signed into law. It removed hemp, defined as cannabis (Cannabis sativa L.) and derivatives of cannabis with extremely low concentrations of the psychoactive compound delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) (no more than 0.3 percent THC on a dry weight basis), from the definition of marijuana in the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).”
