Welcome to www.healingharvestmn.com. The www.healingharvestmn.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Healing Harvest LLC ("Healing Harvest MN"). www.healingharvestmn.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). www.healingharvestmn.com is an E-Commerce Site.
Healing Harvest LLC conducts the sale of third-party lab tested cannabidiol products. These products are intended to only be purchased and consumed by adults age 21 and over. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA and do not claim to cure, treat or diagnose any health problems. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that these products are legal in your state before making a purchase.
Electronic Communications
Visiting www.healingharvestmn.com or sending emails to Healing Harvest LLC constitutes electronic communications. Cancellation/Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the products sold, all sales are final. The only exception will be if products arrived damaged, which would be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Healing Harvest LLC content is not for resale. Third Party Accounts
You will be able to connect your Healing Harvest account to third party accounts. By connecting your Healing Harvest account to your third party account, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about you to others (in accordance with your privacy settings on those third party sites). If you do not want information about you to be shared in this manner, do not use this feature.
International Users
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Healing Harvest from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Healing Harvest Content accessed through www.healingharvestmn.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
Indemnification

Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and Healing Harvest LLC agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Termination/Access Restriction
Healing Harvest LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Minnesota in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Healing Harvest LLC as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Healing Harvest's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Healing Harvest's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Healing Harvest LLC with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Healing Harvest with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Healing Harvest LLC with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
Please allow 24 hours for an order to be processed and sanitized for shipment. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Thank you very much for your patience.
What About Shipping?
Once your order is picked up by UPS or USPS, it may take 1-2 days for the tracking to update depending on when it is scanned. Shipping times depend on your location.
When Are Orders Processed?
All orders are processed every day, except National Holidays. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We are in the beautiful Midwest, therefore be patient with delivery. We ship as fast as we can, and the products are worth it.
Healing Harvest LLC has no responsibility for products after the tracking number confirms the product was delivered to the provided shipping address.
Returns, Refunds, Warranties
We take pride in doing whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please contact our customer service by email at [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
However, if you would like to make a return, we have a 30 day unused and unopened warranty & return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or the item has been opened and used, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet please don’t panic and follow these steps
First check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide you with return shipping directions.
How to Return:
Please email [email protected] prior to returning or exchanging your product(s) Provide your name, order number and reason for return / exchange in the body of your email. Once confirmed, you will be provided with a return / exchange shipping address and instructions. Healing Harvest LLC does not cover return shipping. Customer may select the return shipping method.
Where to Send Returns:
Send us an email with the information stated above, and we will send you the shipping location.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Healing Harvest LLC. Due to the nature of the products we sell, ALL SALES ARE FINAL with the exception of items that arrived damaged. We will happily exchange and refund any products that arrive damaged. If you received a product that arrived damaged please do the following:
1. Immediately take a picture of the damaged product along with the packaging it arrived in.
2. Contact us at [email protected] and send us the pictures along with your order information. We will contact you to initiate a return or exchange.
